RENTAL TERMS :
A Driver’s License, Major Credit Card, and Vehicle Registration Card are required for all rentals.  Rental charges may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.

MINIMUM RENTAL RATES:
Some, but not all items have minimum rental rates, these are  4 hour rates depending on the particular item.

DAILY RENTALS:
Items rented Monday through Friday are due back within 24 hours of check out time.
Items rented Saturday before 3PM are due back Saturday evening before 5PM.
For Sunday, you may rent items between 3-5PM on Saturday and return them Monday morning 7-9AM

WEEKLY RENTALS:
Due back within seven days of time checked out. So an item rented Tuesday at 9:37AM is due back the following Tuesday BEFORE 9:37AM for one week.

THEFT & INSURANCE:
Our insurance does not cover the equipment while rented to you.  You are completely responsible for theft and any damage.  In case of loss of equipment, the customer will be billed for the rental, plus the list price and will be billed for the rental until full payment is made. 

DAMAGE WAIVER:
A  10% Damage Waiver charge will be applied to all rentals under $200 per day.  This covers accidental damage only.  Please see back of the rental contract for information.  If you elect no damage waiver, and the unit is damaged:  All costs for repairs will be charged to you.  Customers are responsible for all tire damage.

MONTHLY RENTALS:
Due back one calendar month from the date and hour item was rented. So an item rented on Jan 13th at 3:27PM is due back Feb 13th BEFORE 3:27PM.
- Sometimes dates wind up on Sundays when a return would be due, perhaps the 13th of Feb in the above example is a Sunday. If this is the case, you would then be due back BEFORE 9AM the following Monday.

CLEANING CHARGE

A cleaning charge will be applied to all equipment returned dirty.  In most cases, a day rental is a cleaning charge.    

HOLIDAYS:
If a holiday is during the week, Monday-Friday: We treat the day before the holiday like a Saturday, we impose the Sunday rental rules for the holiday. So if you rent a non-party item to use on Thanksgiving, you'd pick it up Wed 4-6PM and return it Friday 8-9AM.

Labor Day, Memorial Day or any holiday connected to a Sunday:  Items can be picked up Saturday between 4 & 6.  They are due back Tuesday Morning between 7-9am and incur two days rental charges.
