To eliminate unnecessary surprises we feel it is important for you to understand our service policies and pricing. 

Please give us as much information you can about the condition, symptoms or problems you may be experiencing with your machine.  This information helps us diagnose and pinpoint the best course action more accurately and efficiently. 

Maintenance Service

Most all power equipment requires maintenance to keep it in good running condition.  A clean well lubricated machine will also last longer with fewer problems saving down time when you need it.

We generally offer different service selections depending on age and condition of the unit.

A newer well maintained unit will usually be running and in good order.

Older machines still require the same maintenance but will sometimes require more intensive service which requires more parts and labor time.

As the hours and wear accumulates, there may be more required that just maintenance .

When your machine won’t perform as it used to, it requires an even greater level of service.

Estimate Policy

$40 Diagnostic Charge Due Before Work Is Started.  If work is completed, becomes deposit on repair.

During our maintenance procedure many areas of your machine are checked for wear, damage, service life and safety.  If we find one or more problems you will be notified if you have not previously authorized the repair be preformed.  These checks are part of the maintenance procedure as outlined. Sometimes these unexpected costs may cause you to rethink your options. If you wish to re think the service due to the severity of the repair required or the cost of the repair exceeds your expectations, you will be responsible for all labor and material cost up to that point.  If you have authorized a detailed estimate, the charge would be based on $79.99 per hour shop rate for diagnosis and cost estimated.  If not accepted the unit will be returned to you partially disassembled unless you wish it reassembled.  Normal labor rate applies for reassembly.  If you wish, we may only address a specific problem or service.  Please be sure you have selected “perform only as requested” on your service order.  We also reserve the right to deny service to any unit in our opinion that is unsafe or no longer serviceable. Estimate fee will still apply.

Riding Lawn and Garden Equipment                    up to $70

Snowthrowers                                                          up to $70

Handheld 2-Cycle equipment                               up to $70
